Herbal Holland Rewards is free and works the same in every store and online. You earn points on what you spend, and every point is worth R1 off a future purchase.
Every member gets an instant price: a percentage off at the till and online, set by your tier. On top of that you earn 5 points for every R100 you pay, rounded down. Points are earned on the amount you actually pay, not on points you spend. From time to time, a promotion multiplies the points you earn.
| Tier | Reach it by spending | Instant saving | Also |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seed | Joining | 3% off | Birthday bonus · Member-only drops · Members' evenings |
| Sprout | R2,500 in 12 months | 5% off | Early access to selected drops |
| Bloom | R7,500 in 12 months | 7% off | Free same-day delivery, where available · Early access to more drops |
| Harvest | R15,000 in 12 months | 10% off | Early access whenever a drop opens early |
Each tier keeps the perks of the tiers below it. Tiers follow your rolling 12-month spend and are reviewed with every purchase, so they go up the moment you qualify.
Use points from 20 pts, for up to 50% of an order. At the till, just say you'd like to use them; online, tick “Use my points” at checkout.
