Pharmacy
Department of Health pharmacy licence. SAPC recording certificate. Certificate of acceptability if you'll stock CBD food & drink.
Independent retailer
A company: CIPC registration certificate (CoR14.3); a sole proprietor: SARS notice of registration. Certificate of acceptability if you'll stock CBD food & drink.
Café or restaurant
Certificate of acceptability. Municipal business licence.
Wellness or health practice
Practice number certificate (PCNS). Certificate of acceptability if you'll stock CBD food & drink.
Online shop
A company: CIPC registration certificate (CoR14.3); a sole proprietor: SARS notice of registration. Certificate of acceptability if you'll stock CBD food & drink.
Wholesaler or distributor
CIPC registration certificate (CoR14.3). SAHPRA section 22C licence if you'll stock CBD supplements. Certificate of acceptability if you'll stock CBD food & drink.
