Referral rules

Herbal Holland Rewards is run by Vantax (Pty) Ltd (“Herbal Holland”, “we”). These rules are part of our membership terms.

How your link works

• Every member has a personal invite link and code on their Rewards page. Share it only with friends who are adults (18+).
• Your friend joins Herbal Holland Rewards with your link or code.
• When your friend makes their first purchase, in a store or online, you each get 50 points.

What counts

• A friend counts once they've made their first purchase. Joining alone never counts.
• Each person can be referred once, and only by one member. You can't refer yourself.

The referral ladder

• 3 friends: the tier above the one you hold, for 30 days (Harvest members keep Harvest for 30 days)
• 10 friends: Windmill Crew status, a badge on your Rewards card page. It carries no discount.

• A higher tier from the ladder is yours for the time shown, whatever you spend. After that, your tier goes back to what your spend over the last 12 months earns, or to a tier you hold for longer as a Founding or First Year Member.
• The ladder's tier goes on top of any Founding Member or First Year guarantee you hold: for 30 days you hold the tier above it, and your guarantee carries on as before once those days are over.
• Each step is given once per member. If 3 or more of your friends already counted before the ladder began, the tier comes with your next friend's first purchase.

Fine print

• Membership, and so referrals, are for adults 18+ only.
• Rewards never apply to licensed medicines: whatever tier you hold, they earn no points, get no member savings and can't be paid for with points (Medicines Act s18A).
• Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• We may withhold or withdraw referral rewards, and close accounts, where we find abuse: fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, or paying people to sign up.
